Traditional double pipe heat exchanger
1. There is dead angle in waterside; chilled water in part of the evaporator stagnates, so it is easy to cause local freezing in the event of low flow speed and finally leads to fluorine leakage, water penetration into system and damages of the unit.
2. There are some hidden dangers to do sealing work by blocking sheets. Material of blocking sheet is red copper and when the pressure of fluorine side changes, the blocking sheets are very easy to become concave-convex deformation which can lead to welding groove cracking, leakage within the system and water penetration. This kind of situation becomes more serious particular for multi-loop heat exchanger, thus before using the nitrogen must be operated according to the sequence in marks, from inside to outside; while sequence of nitrogen and fluorine-filling for unit’s pressure-keeping is contrary to placing nitrogen, from outside to inside.

For multi-loop product, while filling for pressure-keeping, nitrogen placing and filling fluorine for units, it is unnecessary to operate as sequence and every loop can be operated separately without influences form internal pressure of other loops. Determine annealing status of heat exchange tube in the product by tests and guarantee it can keep its roundness during being bent and increase heat exchange efficiency based on processing with special technology.
